Moses Martin, the son of Coldplay’s Chris Martin and Hollywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow, is stepping into the spotlight with his own music career. Following in his father’s footsteps, Moses is part of the alternative rock group People I’ve Met, which has recently signed with Interscope Records.

The band has released its debut single, “Promise,” under the label, home to artists like Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and Elton John. Moses shared his excitement on Instagram, saying:
“Promise by @peopleivemet is #out. So proud of this song. Endlessly grateful for the band and @noahconrad for helping to make this song so special. Hope you enjoy. Sincerely, Moses Martin.”

Originally known as Dancer, the group changed their name soon after forming. Moses’ musical journey began when he joined Coldplay on stage at Glastonbury in 2016, and since then, he has contributed to several Coldplay tracks, including All My Love and The Astronaut.

Moses’ older sister, Apple Martin, is also making waves in the music industry. Last week, she released her single Satellites in collaboration with indie rock duo Jade Street. Gwyneth Paltrow, in an interview last year, spoke about her children’s futures, expressing that although Apple is currently pursuing a pre-law degree, she believes her daughter will eventually follow in her footsteps.

As for Moses, this marks a fresh beginning as a solo artist, and his debut promises to be just the start of a growing musical career.
